Stefan Spreiter studied business administration at the University of Zurich, where he also obtained his doctorate.
After completing his studies, he worked as a consultant and project manager in the financial sector, including at Accenture and the Institute of Accounting and Controlling at the University of Zurich. In 2013, he joined Swiss Life Asset Managers as Head of Investment Controlling, assuming the role of Head of Risk Management for the Swiss unit in 2017.
Since May 2020, Stefan Spreiter has been Chief Risk Officer and a member of the Extended Executive Committee of Swiss Life Asset Managers.
