After completing a commercial apprenticeship, Tatjana Aepli obtained an Advanced Federal Diploma in PR consulting and holds an EMBA in Entrepreneurship from the Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences in Zurich.
Between 2000 and 2008, she worked at UBS as a media spokesperson for the Investment Bank and Global Asset Management divisions. From 2008 to 2013, she was in charge of communications for the Global Life and Investment Management business segments at Zurich Insurance Group.
She has been Head Communications at Swiss Life Asset Managers since June 2013 and in this role is a member of the Extended Executive Committee of Swiss Life Asset Managers.
