After completing her studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, Andrea Bacca began her professional career in Austria in 1992. She worked in Germany for almost ten years, including eight years at American International Group (AIG), where she was responsible for Human Resources for Germany and Austria.
Andrea Bacca spent most of her professional career in Switzerland in senior HR positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte and Swisscom.
Since August 2019, Andrea Bacca has been responsible for Human Resources at Swiss Life Asset Managers and in this role is a member of the Extended Executive Committee of Swiss Life Asset Managers.
